| It would be most helpful if payments can be made by BACS wherever possible. Cheques have to be scanned on the Lloyds Banking app and any which cannot be read are
rejected, not always for obvious reasons. From 1st January 2026 such rejected cheques have to be either taken to the branch 15 miles away or sent by post, to Lloyds Bank. So please make sure your written cheques are in black ink, clearly and easily legible, with no
crossings out or amendments. |
